Give example how to use filter commands?

Hello. I use filter graph for 'volume' filter.
I read https://ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-filters.html#Commands-53
it looks like with volume command I can change volume during playback of current stream.
But I don't understand how to use this command in PyAV
Please give any example.
