Admin - field required for 'level' when adding a sidebar sponsor

When adding a sidebar sponsor I have to insert a level as required. This make the sponsor appear in the sidebar AND ind the sponsor section. Remove required for field 'level' or when adding sidebar, no required field 'level'.

Sidebar sponsors can be any as long as you check sidebar checkbox

What I already said to Od (copy pasting here):
ok I made a new branch called sponsor_lvl

there is a choice there called none, and I had to add it because there is no way I could set this field as non-mandatory

question is if that has repercusions on the other parts of the site, but i dont think so

it would be so much easier to figure that out if I add database that would be more or less comparable in content to production one
