BUG: Macros $demolength and $demoname are not cleared when a demo has finished playing

I detect when I'm connected to QTV with $demolength (it's 0) and this is only a problem if I play a demo and then try to connect to a QTV server.
Probably $demoplayback and $demotime don't need to be cleared since QTV changes them.

"there is nothing like that, I though $demoname could be useful, but it does not reset to empty string if you use QTV stream, so you will have demo name of last payed demo, that obviously a bug"
