Add Vehicle Stock

The problem

It would be nice to have a stock system that allows vehicle shop owners to order more vehicles. There could be a default of x# of vehicles available initially and the only way more vehicles could be purchased is if the dealership has enough money to purchase more cars at a reduced rate than what they sell it for. This could allow multiple dealerships around the map the ability to compete on sales by having more of a certain vehicle in stock compared to another.

Ideal solution

Adding configuration option's that allow us to choose the default # of vehicles each dealership starts with (doesn't have to be super granular like 5 adders but more like 5 of every vehicle that the shop is able to sell).

Adding the ability to add a timer on how long it takes for vehicles to be "delivered" to the dealership.

Adding a boss menu for inventory tracking as well as ETA's for deliveries.

If a vehicle is financed and repossessed the vehicle would be returned back to the dealerships inventory
