custom dimension compatibility

Modded cloud does not render in other dimension with the effect - minecraft:overworld, instead it renders the vanilla ones.

Adding a config like complementary shader where u can add specific dimension(or dimensionEffect) to make it render.

This feature is in the works, tho it hasn't made progress in quite a while. For now you can edit the better clouds config file directly (in the config directory). Inside there is a list of enabled dimension IDs.
