These features are essential:

Real-time check-in and check-out list on the board
Also for cancellations
Check-in list but the customer has not yet arrived at the hotel
Check-in list not yet confirmed by the customer or travel agencies
List of early check-outs (possibility of reallocating for a passenger customer)

this helps the management of the hotel according to the arrivals and departures of customers
