Describe feature or bug

Support MOTO transactions in Quickpay through Clearhaus.

MOTO (Mail Order/Telephone Order) transactions, are transactions where the merchant collects the card information directly from the merchant through either mail or telephone. Therefore the cardholder is not using the payment window, but the merchant are.
MOTO transactions are exempt from SCA (3-D Secure) through PSD2.

• if 'moto=true' the CVD + cardholder field in the payment window should be hidden
