[Bug]: 编辑内容丢失

移动端。
分享截图进thino，然后双击 打开编辑（追加文字），追后发送，然而新增的内容却并没有上去，直接无了。

甚至，有时候写完一条纯文本thino，然后我双击打开追加一些内容，发送，同样也可能出现追加失败的问题，导致追加的内容直接丢了。

（现在每次编辑以前的thino，都会心惊胆颤）

为了排除是误触到“取消编辑”的问题，我特地把发送按钮拉的很长，然后把取消按钮用css改的很小，同时远离发送按钮（下图中那个X，就是取消按钮）。
所以肯定不是误触问题。

移动端，截图，分享进obsidian，
导入仓库中，
插入文件为thino，
双击这条thino（编辑）
追加内容，
发送，
概率出现内容无变化（追加失败）

新的测试发现：
创建一个thino条目后，在一两秒内 双击打开这条thino进行编辑，那么本次的修改，就会有很大概率丢失。

注：
1）为了排除是thino设置原因，我事先重置了thino设置。
2）thino中一共600个条目。似乎也可能是性能问题，因为我新建了一个空库，0条目的，就没有遇到这个问题了。但是600条目也不算多吧（

因为有时候写完一条thino发送后，刚好产生更完善的灵感，需要立刻补充上去，所以才会出现“一两秒内”双击打开追加编辑的场景。

结果续写完，发送，然后续写的东西没了…

尤其是分享图片进thino的场景，这种操作步骤更是常见。

我知道这个问题的产生条件，因此我或许可以一定程度上规避丢失的情况，但是其他用户不一定知道，一旦他们发现了内容丢失，可能会对使用thino感觉到不安。
所以这应该算是有必要修复的问题。

（很喜欢thino，很希望thino越来越好，用户越来越多）
