Importing bookmarks doesn't work properly

Importing my bookmarks from Firefox doesn't work as it should be. I got all my folders and sub-folders mixed up and they show up on the main bookmarks list. I tried to fix this manually, but it's not possible since I cannot move sub-folders under other folders. It seems to me that QupZilla doesn't support sub-folders in bookmarks menu but I'm not sure actually.

Multi-level folders are currently not supported, please see #458.
