Bookmarks missing

"After the update from 28 oct, qupzilla has several problems with the bookmarks that was working great in the last version. For example the bookmark toolbar don't show any bookmark, the imported markers from chromium don't appears in the Bookmarks sidebars and also in the Organize Bookmarks option, but the bookmarks still are accesible from the menú Bookmarks>Chrome Import"

Hello,
I have made some improvements to bookmark system and thus updated database structure.
I wrote about it at blog http://qupzilla.blogspot.com.
There is also fix:

"If you are building from git, you may need to either delete your profile (~/.qupzilla) or change your profile version to 1.0.0-b4 (in /.qupzilla/profiles/yourprofile/version file) in order to update your profile database."

If you change version in profile file and then run qupzilla, it will automatically upgrade your database without deleting its contents.
