I'm on Kubuntu 11.10. Since I installed adobe-flashplugin version 11.1.102.55-0oneiric1, qupzilla 1.0.0 randomly crashes. It never crashed before, and rekonq runs fine on the same machine

can you please post version of QtWebKit? Menu Help -> About QupZilla
And also please post version of QtWebKit used by rekonq.

they both use version 534.34

Do you use Click2Flash plugin or not? Try to disable it (Preferences -> Plugins -> WebKit plugins)

And also backtrace of crashes may be useful.
