Hi nowrep,

I work with eyome for the french translation. Just a little question for you :
When source text is "AdBlock &Settings", we must translate "Settings" too or it's a parameter ?

Sorry if it's a stupid question, that's our first time :D

Hi,
it's not stupid question, I will include answer on wiki too.

The & character in translations is "accelerator", it will be used in menus to quickly access action with Alt + (char after &).
So in this case it will be Alt + S (as it is &Settings).

These accelerators should be unique in one menu.

Hello,

Good news! We have nearly finished the french translation :D, but, there's 3 things we don't know what it is, and we can't translate.
in Qt linguistic:
_"Preferences" / "Print element background" and "Include links in focus chain"
_"WebView"" / "Book&mark page"

Could you help us?

Hi,
what exactly is unclear on "Book&mark page" ?

"Print element background" = Whether to print (in printer) background of html elements
"Include links in focus chain" = Whether to jump to links when pressing Tab on page

Nope, it means "Add this page to bookmarks" / "Create bookmark from this page" / "Save this page as bookmark".
Do you understand now? :)

ok, all you say is "bookmark this page", no "bookmark page".
We don't find where we can see this sentence in QupZilla.

Hello,

We have tested our french translation and we have found some trouble that we would like to share with you:
_if we put our mouse on the tab's red cross , "Close tab" appears: it 's not translated. We have tried with spanish translation and it's not translated yet.
_If we do a right-click on address bar or search bar, the menu appearing isn't translated. If we try with a spanish translation, it's not translated.
_in File menu, if we try "Save print screen" or "Save page as" the window appearing isn't translated:
http://pix.toile-libre.org/?img=1324650901.png
but, if we try with spanish translation, it IS translated Oo

In general, the buttons "Ok", "Apply" or "Cancel" are not translated.

We don't know and we don't understand why...

Just send me your finished translation file at nowrep@gmail.com and I will update it.
Ok, Apply, Cancel are not translated because you need to include also Qt translation.
Other strings are not translated because you are using different version of QupZilla than the translation file was generated for.
