This sorta depends on R2Northstar/NorthstarLauncher#279 but not really.

Oh yeah this also isnt made into a repak release yet, so yeah

Looks good, but i'd request you add a small section explaining what starpaks are, how they differ from regular rpaks, and how they are used. I noticed we don't have a section explaining rpaks either right now, so i'd suggest maybe you can add two subsections to the top of the rpak modding page.
