A minimal implementation of the C standard library.

This project is currently unfinished.

Only support C89/C90 standard.
Only support static library.
Support Windows (x86/x64), Linux (amd64), and macOS (x86_64) operating systems.
Support MSVC, GCC, and Clang compiler.
Multithreading is not supported.
