All recent travis builds run into timeouts on py3.2. This seems to be related to an issue with nose on py3.2 as mentioned here: travis-ci/travis-ci#3010

I'd suggest dropping tests for python 3.2. As we'll probably not notice bugs in python 3.2 because of this i'd also suggest to drop official Python 3.2 support altogether.

Anyone against this? @RDFLib/rdflib
