This may be a user issue rather than a client issue.

When attempting to launch RSCPlus.jar (or RSCPlus through OpenRSC's launcher), the initial client load will freeze on "unpacking map" and give the error in the title. A screenshot is below of the error message, which occurs after "Loading resource: /assets/content/contents_6a1d6b00"

unknown

Launching the client with the -Xmx1g parameter makes it work perfectly fine, however. I have not tested how low I can go before it begins to work, but can do so if necessary.

I am currently playing on Windows 10, with a maximum of 8GB of RAM. I have roughly 2.5~3GB RAM free at any one time.

Playing through the .exe version of RSCPlus is fine, however this means I am unable to launch RSC Preservation through the OpenRSC.jar file, although I am able to connect fine with a manual world file.

If you need any more information, please let me know, thanks!
