UPD: issue with travis & 3.7: https://travis-ci.org/RaRe-Technologies/gensim/jobs/437126587#L592. This related with
boto(smart_opendependency), see piskvorky/smart_open#218This is known issue, see also travis-ci/travis-ci#7940fixed with f9e8887 (thanks to travis-ci/travis-ci#7940 (comment))
