Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are 2 unwanted columns generated when using the use all fields button under header templates. And there is a bug related to the file column, it crashes obsidian when you have many heavy files.

Describe the solution you'd like
Don't generate the ID column and the File column

Describe alternatives you've considered
Delete ID column and File column. You can delete them only if obsidian doesn't crash of course.

file and Id are required for the plugin, but could be filtered for that option, sure
