[Feature Request] Camera Rotation Offset

It would be nice if we could offset the camera rotation separately from Align to Horizon.
There's a few racing games that I'm trying to run that need Align to Horizon off for the sake of inclines, but they also have the camera facing slightly downward making the entire world look askew.
