Add olm addon self test

The olm addon does not have a self test, so we when a new version is not compatible with ramen we don't have any indication without deploying ramen and trying to protect an application.

We need a simple self test that testing that olm actually works, something simulate what ramen is doing and will fail quickly.

Example broken change that could be avoided if we had a self test: 13b0359
