Default folder

Hi
I have noticed lately that the folder set in the picker is being overidden by the default folder in both the 8,25 and the beta. This is same for watcher.
I have set the folder in the picker to E:\Conversions.
The watcher folder is E:\VidCoderWatch
All conversions are ending up in C:\Users\mypc\Videos
If I just drag a file across and start encode it seems to be OK

Not sure why this has just started happening. I have reinstalled to no effect.
Any ideas?

There's this error in the logs:

ERROR: Unable to queue watched file. Cannot find preset: Brett mp4-3500-sharpen

The preset might have gotten changed since configuring the watcher. Try switching the chosen preset and picker a couple of times to see if that resolves it.

Ive corrected that but it still defaults to the wrong folder!
I reinstalled beta, then updated to 9.8
Picked a standard preset
Set the picker to default to E:/conversions and the test file still ends up in the wrong folder.

(the watch folder had defaulted to default picker) oops
