files.maxMemoryForLargeFilesMB is referenced in the README but doesn't appear to exist anymore

Hello,

files.maxMemoryForLargeFilesMB is referenced in the README but doesn't appear to exist anymore. Is there any way to increase the memory otherwise? Queries that run very quickly with the DuckDB CLI are very slow with DuckDB SQL Tools, e.g. COUNT(*) over an eight million row table, and I'm hoping that increasing the memory will help.

@kalaracey Looks like VS Code team removed that setting in the latest v1.84.

However, there should not be any difference in DuckDB CLI and DuckDB SQL Tools count query performance. We've used it with tables that contain over 100 million rows too.

Please provide a sample database and exact query you are using to support and troubleshoot your count query execution degradation performance claim.
