Allow registry admin to set a time (frame) for auto reports (subscriptions still to be processed during the night). See @lenaringstado email Nov 27 2020 10:28

Setting a time will not be an option (for now?). To be solved by introducing (see #42) bulletins that will be run at a give time once every day (typical within working hours) following a (cron) trigger set by hnikt
