Option to exclude some level of headings from the table of contents #40

Current javascript collects all the headings to the TOC, while it makes sense keeping only important ones (say up to h2).

I would suggest either option to limit (hX level, e.g. h1, h2, h3, ...) and/or rely on pandocs # My header {.exclude_from_toc} feature
