Description of Problem:

Multiple Sanic Workers doesn't work in Windows because of a known issue with Sanic here:

sanic-org/sanic#1517

Overview of the Solution:

The documentation should be updated with a note or warning to reflect this

I can update the documentation with a warning about sanic for windows it's still in the experimental stage and a problem might occur.
