feat(Twitter/X): Hide Following/Follower count

Feature description

Implement the ability/patch to disable showing of Follower/Following count across profiles and tabs.

Motivation

This is/was an optional feature of Twitter Control Panel, an addon designed to make the Twitter experience much more tolerable and reduced interactions/algorithmic-driven content. Being able to browse through Twitter without having to see the follower/following count greatly reduced my stress when using the platform. I'd love to see this get implemented as a patch for the Android app.
