slugify is also used in MarkdownRenderer.
Could you please create a wrapper function in utils and use it instead of raw slugify.

The
slugifyfunction cannot return valid result when input is Unicode such as Korean, Chinese.. etc., so this occurs tag navigation and duplicated key error.
