Development for an inventory listing

Feature description

As a developer I need to implement the aforementioned storyboard using the platform dependent inventory components as a basis.

    • because inventory components appear to bake the toolbar into the header of the table we may have to use the PF components directly

As of 20200910 last two blocking bugs, #400 #383 have been fixed and confirmed. Closing this issue down and opening subsequent iterative issues. Any additional bugs will be completed under the next phase of the project
