Hi, I found this repo from https://forums.getpaint.net/topic/111550-windows-imaging-component-wic-plugin/, but the modified date of the file from that post is 8th September 2017, which is quite old. There are comments that you uploaded newer version, but this sounds like it's nearly the initial release. Could you double check what happened there?

And how about using GitHub Releases for better discoverability?
