Art Spots
(These are explained in the Introduction page.)
Prologue:
- There is an Art Spot next to the Intro Car, which when used paints a smiley face on the front, shortens the car's antenna, and writes what can be made out to say "Vinki was here" on the side.
Forsaken City:
- The first Art Spot is on the "A" of the big sign near the spikes on the room to the left of the first checkpoint.
- The second Art Spot is in Theo's room, on his tent.
- The third Art Spot is in the room with the "It's not just a watch" poster, over the watch.
- The fourth Art Spot is in the room to the top left of the previous one, on the down-pointing sign.
- The fifth Art Spot is in the room with the "Are you beach ready?" poster, over the face of the woman.
- The sixth Art Spot is in the room with the two upwards zip movers, on the down-pointing sign. (This is the same one as the fourth Art Spot.)
- The seventh Art Spot is in the next room, on the "Bubbles" sign.
- The eighth Art Spot is in the room to the right of the cassette room, on the "Man Up" sign.
- The ninth Art Spot is in the final room, on the memorial.
Old Site:
- The first Art Spot is to the immediate left of the Crystal Heart in the first subchapter.
- Fun fact: If you use this Art Spot, the decal will also show near the Crystal Heart in the Awake subchapter.
- The second Art Spot is inside the dream block that's in the same room as the mirror.
- The third Art Spot is in the dead center of the leftmost dream block in the rightmost room with a berry before the Badeline chase.
- The fourth Art Spot is in the room halfway through the chase that Badeline doesn't follow you into with a strawberry.
- The fifth Art Spot is in Theo's room, on his tent again.
Celestial Resort:
- The first Art Spot is in the lobby of the hotel, on the circular painting.
- The second Art Spot is in the same room as the Pico-8 computer, on the pipes that are on the way to the secret passage.
- Fun fact: If you use this Art Spot and have Strawberry Jam installed, the first room of Pinball Purgatory actually has the same decal in almost the exact same spot.
There are 3 different graffiti icons you can have when hovering over an Art Spot, and which one you get randomizes each time you load a level or move between rooms. Below is an explanation of their appearance and why. (May contain very minor Rain World spoilers!)
- Five Pebbles Can
This one is a reference to Five Pebbles's classic pink-and-orange color scheme.
- Vinki Can
This one, of course, is a reference to Vinki's orange tail with blue stripes.
- Miscellaneous Can 1
This one is a reference to the placeholder textures for Vinki.
- Double Dash Can
This one is a reference to how Vinki's tail looks when he has two dashes.
- Rarefaction Can
This one resembles the Rarefaction cell from Rivulet's campaign.
- No Significant Harassment Can
This one is a reference to NSH's green head and purple body.
- Looks To The Moon Can
This one is a reference to LTTM's post-collapse blue-and-light-green color scheme.
