Having problems?

Please read the troubleshooting guide before you continue.

Opening an issue

Before opening a new issue, please verify that there does not already exist another issue which addresses the same topic. You can do so by searching for special keywords here, or by using more advanced filtering techniques described here.

Reporting bugs and problems:

If you are not able to find a similar issue to the problem you've encountered, please include the following information in your issue:

  1. Provide detailed steps explaining how to reproduce the problem
  2. System info like: Operating system, Firefox version, Gesturefy version
  3. The website URL where you've encountered the problem, if any
  4. Include screenshots or screen recordings if they help to clarify or visualize your problem
  5. Post a console log:
    • Enter about:devtools-toolbox?type=extension&id=%7B506e023c-7f2b-40a3-8066-bc5deb40aebe%7D in your address bar
    • Switch to the "Console" tab in the top bar
    • Copy and paste all outputs into the issue

Opening a pull request

Before opening a pull request please open an issue first. You can also comment on an already existing issue if it is related to your pull request. Describe your planned changes and which problem or use case they will solve. This helps to sort out problems in advance, which can save trouble, time and revisions.
