No notification or sound for incoming live chat request

I've installed the 0.60.4 stable version of Rocket.Chat

Description:

I've enabled the Live Chat. I do get chat desktop notifications and sound as well. But whenever there is a new chat in the queue nothing happens. This is very irritating that I always have to keep checking if there is any incoming chat request in the queue. Also I never go away / busy status. Always online. I have the "Auto Away" feature disabled.

Please suggest the solution.

Same here.

It seems that default sound profile value is not affected in livechats, and if :

1. you fix a value manualy
2. you quit the livechat and go back in

the value is empty.

In a standard chat, it's : audioNotificationValue*
With * can be none, beep etc...
