No notification or sound for incoming live chat request #9565

Same here. It seems that default sound profile value is not affected in livechats, and if :
the value is empty. |
What value would that be? |
In a standard chat, it's : audioNotificationValue* |
I'm not getting any notification sounds at all from livechats. |

Description:
I've enabled the Live Chat. I do get chat desktop notifications and sound as well. But whenever there is a new chat in the queue nothing happens. This is very irritating that I always have to keep checking if there is any incoming chat request in the queue. Also I never go away / busy status. Always online. I have the "Auto Away" feature disabled.
Please suggest the solution.
