Ability to import and export chats for syncing across machines or environments.

It would be useful to be able to export and import chats, and to expose this to MCP servers.

Re Exports: Currently we have an export button (great), but:
a) cline models themselves don't know about it (!) so they can't be asked to export their work eg using mcp servers.
b) the export seems a bit raw, it would be nice to able to filter it in some way.

Re imports: We don't seem to be able to import chats (at least I haven't found that).
It would be useful to be able to sync chats across machines, eg for different team members, or for developers who use more than one machine (laptop, desktop, home, work, etc), for collaboration, syncing versioning, etc.

My gut feel is that mcp servers, or other agents can be used to create a flexible export and import workflows, without needing anything more exposing a than a way to import and export chats to them, eg to:

• filter and cleanup up exports
• load and restore from central storage (git, sql, lakefs, s3 etc) for syncing across machines.

I'm not exactly sure of the requirements, but just a placeholder for discussion on how to handle chat exports, imports, syncing, collaboration, versioning, etc.
