是否能提供一下，Docker Compose 格式或文件，用自动转换格式运行后提示错误

invalid interpolation format for services.freenom.volumes.[]: "$(pwd):/conf". You may need to escape any $ with another $.

$(pwd) 就是当前目录的变量，你可以直接写你的目录代替$(pwd)
