In some e.g. European languages the currency symbol succeeds (and not precedes) the amount, e.g. in German "1,70 €" instead of "€ 1.70".

This issue is a reiteration of #712 which contains more info and which was closed as implemented in money v7 5 years and 18 day ago. Unfortunately v7 has not yet been released :)

I wonder if the relevant commits can be backported or if another solution is available. We currently carry monkeyhacks over that I could share, but doubt that they would scale.
