We found an interesting bug (feature?) of NFSim, where a change in the order of reactants causes NFSim “UTL low” error.
Attached file models a reaction AC + B -> A + BC. It has two identical rules (run BioNetGen and see that they generate the same reaction). However, the first rule causes UTL error, while the second does not. Any ideas?
Thank you,
Michael
