Implement Error Handling Mechanisms in Quiz Application

The Quiz Application currently lacks robust error handling mechanisms, leaving it vulnerable to unexpected user inputs or system errors. To improve its reliability and user experience, we need to implement effective error handling strategies. If this issue is assigned to me i will make sure to implement a robust error handling mechanism.
This i am proposing to implement changes for both of these programs.
