build and deploy only specific modules for testing purposes

Hi there,

I am following this page trying building the specific module - https://sap.github.io/cloud-mta-build-tool/usage/#auxiliary-commands

f.ex: mbt module-build -m=module1

This generates the data.zip file as the output in _tmp folder. How to deploy this?
I expected .mtar file as output (similar like mbt build command generates).

Looking for an answer to deploy the selective build!
