Publish to Open VSX

Since this repo is already open source, it would be nice if this extension could be also published to Open VSX.
This would benefit other IDEs such as SAP BAS or Gitpod since they are based on Eclipse Theia which can handle extensions officially only from the Open VSX registry.

There may be some processes / bureaucracy related issues in resolving this...

Regardless, in the meanwhile you can download the vsix directly from the Github Releases.

BTW In BAS you can already find this extension as part of the "SAP Fiori" extension pack.

Also @tobiashofmann shares a similar sentiment in his recent blog post.

I will ping relevant persona's inside SAP about this.
But as you can see from the commit history, This repo is has not had many of commits contributed to recently...

The answer I got was that:
"SAP is currently evaluating it as a delivery channel."

Unfortunately I don't have any information in regard to expected timelines.
But I can say this is actively in process.
