[Feature Request]: Components in Subfolders

Feature Request Description

While working on a webcomponent library there is no possibility to add a subfolder for specific components. The .hbs files (and their generated lit templates) will not be resolved correctly.

Add support for subfolders.

Hi @koeppel , with #10046 we have switched the component development to JSX. HBS will be deprecated and you will get this feature out of the box - .tsx files can be nested as you wish.
