You need to download the latest build version from here https://microweber.org/download
You need to replace the old version files with the new version files.
The folders that you need to replace are:
vendor
src
userfiles/modules
userfiles/templates
After you replace the files you can open the Microweber website in your browser and you will see the new version.
If you get any error, please check the logs at storage/logs/laravel.log
Also you can check if there are new files in the config folder.
