Overnight Growth and recovery loops are used in two different places to express actual and expected experiment result/outcome. We need to define how this should be represented in an experiment document.

One is the input (in the parameters)- what the user requested/expected, the other is output (in the structured request table) - what the lab did/reported. As we've seen, it's useful to have both, because expected does not always equal actual.

All of the consumers of the current table/dashboard review the output value.
