Release into ROS Noetic

What is the current status of releasing this driver into ROS Noetic?
Any progress or timeline on the release date?

@fmessmer sick_scan_xd release 3.1 for ros noetic is now available.

Run the following steps to install sick_scan_xd on Linux with ros noetic:

sudo apt update
sudo apt-get install ros-noetic-sick-scan-xd

After successful installation, you can run sick_scan_xd using roslaunch sick_scan_xd <launchfile>, e.g. roslaunch sick_scan_xd sick_picoscan.launch for the picoscan. sick_scan_xd can be removed by sudo apt-get remove ros-noetic-sick-scan-xd.
