Refactor "Selected Questions" into "Assignments" #24

There is no need for a separate Selected Questions folder in branch 2021, please refactor its contents appropriately and place it inside Assignments/ for consistency.

The selected questions are from the Linear Algebra book and are not assignments. It makes it easier to look at, say for example if someone wants to look at selected questions on 5th lec.

Then add a readme in that folder to specify this.
