Add the ability to toggle thru multiple designs of a UI element or entire page by selecting a surfaced design toggle.

Build on the simple concept described here: https://css-tricks.com/body-toggle/

The last item in the design toggle (dropdown? popup? design number?) could be an option to show all designs at the same time.

Add an item to the Genesys Toolbar to show/hide clickable alternative design indicators.
