Fix all JS errors flagged by DevTools.

The following error is coming from satyr.io, which seems to be defunct:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Service Temporarily Unavailable)

Need to find another service for inserting lorem images.

The following error is coming from mermaid.js:

Check if there is an update to the mermaid.js library that fixes this.
