CAP QA and Eng are currently compiling the numbers needed for this guide.

Re-adding the blocked label...still have no idea how to proceed. The spreadsheet created for UBS does not apply generally. We need:
-- a cool sizing calculator like Pivotal's http://pcfsizer.pivotal.io/#!/sizing/openstack/2.2/medium
-- some sizing values for specific cluster size & provisioning examples
-- make this a custom consulting issue
