User cannot install SEB on macOS Sonoma 14.4.1

Hello,

We have a user who does not seem to be able to download SEB. He wonders if this is because of the M1 chip, as the usermanual only specifies Intel.

Extra information:
The user uses an iMac 24-inch A2438 from 2021 with an M1-chip and macOS Sonoma 14.4.1
Whenever he tries to open the .dmg file he gets the following error:

The disk image couldn't be opened: activation of components failed
