Red Screen ERROR: prohibited cursor configuration has been detected

as shown in the attached screenshot:

what cause this error?
how to solve it ?

the log file only shows the following:

A custom cursor, the specifics can be found in the client application log. You can either allow the custom cursor for the running session, or then you'll need to remove the cursor via the system control panel.

we was running 3.7.0.661 just fine, and we update to 3.7.0.882...and the issue appeared :(

we back down to 3.7.0.661, and we now getting the "cursor configuration" error :(

The client application log should tell which exact cursor configuration causes the lock screen, please do post it here in case you need help identifying it.

And please note: Do only use the official release versions of SEB, in this case build version 3.7.0.682 as e.g. released here on GitHub. All other builds are potentially unstable and incomplete development builds which should never be used in a production environment!
