Seb won't open. #479
Comments
There appears to be an issue with the inter-process communication mechanism of SEB's application components on your system:
This most likely is an issue on your particular system, e.g. caused by (over) restrictive settings or an anti-virus software or alike. Try to make sure that named pipe communication as well as WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) works correctly on your system. |
im getting the same problem can you please check this out |
Can you send the log files? |
can you try to run it as admin and check if you anti virus is blocking it. |
ok ill check |
thank you for helping i ran as administrator and it worked |
same way to fix it as at my problem. The only thing i can find is that seb cannot create a 'Communication channel' on some machines without admin. Can you type in the search bar UAC and take a screenshot of it. Also can you try to fuly disable your antivirus because it should work without admin. |
it says choose when to be notified when changes happen to your computer |
take a screenshot of it |
oh also its saying i did not configure seb |
That is fine. When you click on a button in your browser to open seb than it wil load a config for one time. |
I have no antivirus just windows security |
Than check if it is allowed through windows defender. |
