Seb won't open.

This most likely is an issue on your particular system, e.g. caused by (over) restrictive settings or an anti-virus software or alike. Try to make sure that named pipe communication as well as WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) works correctly on your system.

can you try to run it as admin and check if you anti virus is blocking it.

same way to fix it as at my problem. The only thing i can find is that seb cannot create a 'Communication channel' on some machines without admin. Can you type in the search bar UAC and take a screenshot of it. Also can you try to fuly disable your antivirus because it should work without admin.

That is fine. When you click on a button in your browser to open seb than it wil load a config for one time.
When you want to use it local you need to create a config file.
You can only check if your antivirus is blocking it. What do you use as anitvirus?
